Won’t be paid out….Customer service says your capped at 10 referrals and that when that happens I will not be paid out.
Please be aware that we have received multiple clients providing the same username as a referral, a user a capped at 10 clients that they can refer.
It takes about 2 weeks to receive the bonus after you make the deposit.
I don’t see your name under people that used the referral link. Did you use a different name when registering? Did you receive the cashback bonus from the browser? That might have superseded my referral

The Rakuten part may have messed with the initial referral. Interested to see what CS says about it. You may still be able to get it with the info of the referrer (Toro may ask)
