American Express has announced plans for a new Centurion Lounge in Salt Lake City International Airport. Details are slim, estimated opening is 2025 with about 16,000 square feet. Lounge will be located in concourse B, which is schedule for renovation.
“American Express has strong roots in the Salt Lake City community. It’s home to many of our colleagues and Card Members and a popular vacation destination for US and global Card Members. The new Centurion Lounge will give eligible Card Members a taste of what this beautiful destination has to offer and feature premium amenities for all types of travelers,” said Audrey Hendley, president of American Express Travel, in a statement.

American Express banking division is headquartered here as well. Could make for a nice lounge given the strong Amex presence already.
