Reports of users getting in via joining organizations. I don’t believe this will work as the terms list the offer is for those who live in specific areas.

I pulled up the application- you can also join by becoming a member of the American Consumer Council.
I have recently noticed that credit unions will post a limited eligibility list on the landing page compared to the eligibility list on the actual application. Something to consider in the future.
