American Express & Hilton have finally revamped the Hilton Honors Business card:

- Diamond status with $40k in spend/year
- No foreign transaction fees
- National Emerald status
- $240 Hilton credit – paid as $60 per quarter
- Hilton Gold status
Thoughts
Even with the Gold status and $240 Hilton credit (paid quarterly) I don’t see enough here to make this a keeper card.
What’s more interesting is the outgoing free night award was based on annual spend. What happens to those who’ve hit that spend or were working towards it based on the original agreement?
