BILT Rewards is updating elite status requirements for 2024:
- Blue – Standard
- Silver – 50k points or $10k spend
- Gold – 125k points or $25k spend
- Platinum – 200k points or $50k spend
Tier adjustments were necessary because of all the ways to earn Bilt Points that didn’t exist 2.5 years ago. Today, we now have double points on Rent Day, earning 10X points on fitness classes, up to 2X on the Bilt Rewards travel portal, up to 10X on Bilt Dining and up to 5X points on Lyft rides.
Status is calculated with points earned in the calendar year. The status is good for the remainder of the year earned.

The rational seems reasonable. I don’t see the status benefits as something worth going after.
