There’s a call out in the terms that specify applying online will get you $300. While applying in branch will net you $150. Never seen this before… as if there weren’t already enough reason to apply online.

Thoughts
Debit card spend is lofty. I’d use PayPal bill pay to link the debit card then pay an existing bill, could even be a credit card bill. Be sure to unlink your checking account from PayPal as sometimes PayPal will swap the source back the the checking account.
