Capital One has restored JetBlue as a transfer partner. Points transfer at a 5:3 ratio. 2,000 Capital One miles = 1,200 JetBlue miles.

Thoughts
Not a great transfer rate. Years ago when JetBlue was still an option, the ratio was 4:3. Still not great but better than now.
