Capital One has updated the terms and conditions for Capital One Travel. Capital One offers price drop protection on flights booked via the portal. Previously the difference would be credited back to your Venture X card. Now all refunds will be issued as a credit.
Thoughts
Small but annoying adjustment. Could be sign of things to come. Eventually Capital One will have to see how many real customers they got vs the ones who were here for the 100k launch offer.
