Very easy as you’ll only need the $3k balance on the 90th day. Central bank doesn’t outright say Small business checking is fee free so confirm it in branch. Also note that they’ll likely want documentation to open this account. They list it on the checking promo page.

Grabbed this one in branch becuase there was a branch very close to me. Small Business Checking is fee free.
