Thoughts
The terms for new vs existing users are sort of confusing. I think you’re good to go as an existing user so long as you open a new account. It matters more at the higher tiers.
As for this offer, the 6 month lockup period is killer. If you’re doing anything more than $1k you’d need to invest it for that time. Then it’s probably fine.
