Eligibility section says anyone in TX qualifies. I feel like that rarely turns out to be true… either way, good hunting.

I’m way late on this comment, since I applied about a year ago, and just happened to stumble back on this, but I have a data point:
They take Chex seriously, I was denied because of it.
