PayPal’s debit card now offers 5x back on a category of your choice. Capped at $1k in spend per month. Category can be changed each month.

Terms do note that gift card purchases won’t count.
Thoughts
I had a debit card already. Logged into my account and the categories were open to pick from under the card section. You can also request a PayPal debit card. From what I’ve seen you’ll be able to pick a category once it’s opened.
