Target is changing the Target Red card over to the Target Circle card. This is primarily a branding change over to match up with the newer Target Circle rewards program. Main addition to the credit card is a discounted Target Circle membership. Cardholders who also want to join Target Circle will pay $50/year $100/year without the card. Membership isn’t required to have the card.

Thoughts
Seems fine as the core 5x off at Target isn’t changing. Nice addition for the Target faithful who were already members of the program.
