Thoughts
No idea if this is going to work at scale. The promo material does say there’s no limit to how many people I can refer. I was also referred and that’s what got me in being OOS. When you email me for a referral, I’ll submit the form and you’ll get a link to use for application.

Did try using the referral, and did not work. It doesn’t let me proceed without selecting my affiliation with the select county/ies.
