Wells Fargo has removed the $25 redemption minimum for their credit cards.
Emails are going out to cardholders. This was previously announced but held back for some reason. Seems to be official now based on a few Reddit posts.

Seems to be a trend. American Express did it a year or so ago and thought I came across another issuer to that did it.
